Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At RassoiReet, we strive to deliver the highest quality premium refined soya oil to your doorstep. Because our products are consumable food items, our return and refund policies are designed strictly to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our customer care team immediately. A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (edible cooking oil), we do not accept general returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered and accepted, unless the product is defective.
You are eligible for a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged or leaked during transit.
• You received the wrong item or incorrect packaging size.
• The product was delivered past its expiry date.

3. How to Request a Return/Replacement

• You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
• Please email us at customercare@rassoireet.com with your Order ID and clear photographs/unboxing video showing the damage, leakage, or incorrect item.
• Our quality team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or ask you to safely dispose of the damaged item, and a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

4. Refund Policy

• Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved (due to cancellation before dispatch, or out-of-stock items), the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
• Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders that are eligible for a refund, we will request your bank account details to process the transfer.
